Institutional Facility - AHU Replacement

Highlights: Replacement of aging AHUs, installation of new CHW pumps, and AC upgrades executed on an aggressive schedule.

NZ Mechanical was contracted to perform the mechanical piping installation for three air handling units. The scope included installing new chilled water piping from the cellar, associated pumping stations, water-cooled AC units, and new piping for steam coils.

A key outcome of the project was schedule performance: NZ Mechanical completed the scope weeks ahead of schedule. Chilled water was delivered to all units within days, giving the client additional time for commissioning and resolution of any punch-list items.
